Turd balls

Can’t wait to give these chaps a whirl!

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup dried prunes
1 apple
1/2 cup flax seed meal

Finely chop the apple. Saute until tender (maybe a little coconut oil). Finely chop the prunes. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well mixed. Form into little balls (or logs 🙂 about the size of a large marble. Place on parchment paper and store in refrigerator.
